Confidentiality: Ms. Brittany and Mr. Wirth treat what you have to say confidentially. What is shared with the counselors stays with the counselors, except in a limited number of situations where they are  required by law to report, such as when the counselor believes that someone might be a source of harm to themselves or others, or where there is reason to believe that child abuse is occurring.

ASPIRE

ASPIRE is a mentoring program that matches trained adult volunteer mentors with high school students to develop a plan to help them meet their education goals beyond high school.

Students interested in signing up for ASPIRE can visit Ms. Brittany or Mr. Wirth in the counseling center.

If you are a parent, guardian, or community member interested in becoming a volunteer with the Elmira High School ASPIRE Program, please contact the school counselors, Brittany McMillan or Court Wirth.
